Dallas County Law Enforcement Center - Adel, Iowa 

Overcrowding at the previous, 48-bed law enforcement facility was cause for a new, bigger and more innovative facility. The new, 62,702 SF Law Enforcement Center includes a jail, penthouse, administrative spaces, Sheriff's administration, patrol, investigations, a civil department and an initial appearance courtroom. There is also support space that includes interview rooms, evidence, record, storage and a sally port. The facility design and new surveillance technologies enhance safety for the public, staff and inmates.
